How should I package my return?
To make sure that they can process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package.
Make sure all of the returned items are in the box envelope with your invoice.
Download and print the shipping label attached to your approved RMA email. The Return shipping label is only valid for seven business days after being received.
Go to your local post office to ship the package using a standard shipping mailing envelope/box. (Expedited & Express packaging will cause delays in receiving your return from the mail carrier using the Standard Shipping pre-paid label)
How to process a return in the USA?
Please follow the process below when returning your item to them.
You can process your return within 30 days of placing your order.
A return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Return your item using your local post office. Please allow 3-5 days processing time once your item have arrived back at their warehouse.
Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet their conditions.
How do I cancel my order?
They begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order you can call them within 1 hour of placing your order so they can try canceling it for you. They will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately, they are unable to grant your cancellation request.
Shoppers generally appreciate how quickly they process and pack orders. However, they understand this can be frustrating should you decide to cancel an order before it ships and are informed it's too late.
Why does my tracking number say "not found"?
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to update online. You can see real-time updates by logging into your account or by clicking on Track My Order. If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please email them at [email protected] or click on the chat icon on the lower-right corner of the screen and they'll investigate further for you.
My tracking information says my order has been marked delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Depending on the mail carrier and their operations it's possible for tracking information to display a 'Delivered' status 1-2 days before actual delivery. When something like this occurs, they recommend taking these precautionary steps to confirm the status of your package.
Contact your local post office to see if they still have your package.
Wait 1-2 days to see if your package gets delivered later by the mail carrier.
Does iHeartRaves offer free shipping?
Yes, they do! They offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $80 and Canadian orders over $100 USD.
USA Domestic: To qualify for free shipping your order total must be a minimum of $80 USD before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Their free shipping promotion is also only valid for ground shipping.
Gift cards purchased do not apply towards the free shipping threshold.
