What is their shipping policy?
Standard delivery: all orders will be delivered within 7 working days * of the selected shipping date. The cost of each address is determined by the value of the goods. Delivery dates may be affected by quantities and / or extreme weather conditions. In order to ensure that your order arrives on time, they reserve the right to ship in advance.
*In some cases, shelf stable items delivered as standard may be longer in transit. For more details, please contact customer service.
Expedited delivery: add $8.95 per address to their standard freight.
Before 11:00 a.m. EST Monday to Wednesday: orders will be delivered before 8:00 p.m. the next or third day.
After 10:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday: the order will be delivered next Monday to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.
Overnight delivery: add $24.95 per address to their standard freight.
Before 11:00 am EST Monday to Thursday: the order will be delivered before 8:00 pm EST the next day.
Saturday delivery: US $29.95 per address to their standard freight. It must be arranged before 11 a.m. EST on Friday. Please note that not all locations offer Saturday delivery.
- Delivery outside the continental United States: due to transportation delays, they are currently unable to accept orders to Hawaii. Mackenzie salmon can be shipped to the UK at a cost of $30 per address.
What is their return policy?
Solutions to reported problems may include changing products, providing points for your next order, or partial / full refunds. If they request to pick up the goods and return them to their offices, the customer must keep the products in good condition and in the original containers, otherwise there will be no refund. They cannot accept the return of perishable food.
