How much do I need to pay for Indiegogo?

• Indiegogo charges a five percent (5%) platform fee on all funds raised for your campaign. 

• Fees are calculated and deducted from the funds you actually raise (not the goal you set). 

• Their payment processor also charges a processing fee that varies according to your location and currency.

• Payment processors may charge additional fees for contributions coming from outside the campaign owner's country.  

How to request a refund?

• You can request a refund directly from your confirmation email or from your Indiegogo account.  

• Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used for the contribution, and may take up to five business days to appear on your statement. 

• Please note that if you backed a fixed funding campaign that did not meet its goal, you will automatically receive a refund within five business days. You do not need to request a refund.

What if I didn't receive my refund on time?

• If you have made a refund from your Indiegogo account and have not seen the refund on your credit card bill within 5 business days, please contact them at indiego.com/contact.

• If you are involved in a fixed fund activity that does not meet its objectives and does not receive a refund within five business days, please contact Indiegogo support at indiego.com/contact. 

• There are many reasons why a refund may not be credited to your account and they will work with you to ensure that you receive the refund.
