How long will it take to get my order?

• Mostly everything on their website is in stock and ready to ship to you – anything out of stock will be noted otherwise.  

• If for some strange reason an item you have ordered is out of stock, they'll be in contact with you within 24 hours after your order has been placed to let you know.

Can I get free shipping on my order?

Sure!  But there’s a catch.  Any order over $30 ships free automatically no matter the size of the order [48 contiguous US states only].  For any order under $30, simply go to the cart page and enter in your zip code to see an immediate estimate on shipping costs.

Can I use a gift card for an online purchase?

• Yes, but the card needs to be registered to you before making the purchase (no matter if it is a Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX). 

• Before checking out on site, register the card with the card provider and enter your billing information. 

• Once the card is registered you can continue with your purchase and when checking out on their site, enter your billing information (attached to the card) and you are good to go.

How do I change my refill subscription frequency?

• Simply, cancel your current subscription and create a new one.

• To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to the account dashboard, click “My Subscriptions” in the sidebar, find the subscription you wish to cancel, then click the “View” button of the row. After being redirect to the subscription page, click “Cancel” in the top right corner.

What is the pH scale for Infuse cleaning solutions?

The pH of each of our formulas is shown below:

• Hardwood Floor Formula (mixed) is 6.5 - 8.0

• Multi-surface Floor Formula (mixed) is 6.5 - 8.0

• All Purpose Surface Cleaner (mixed) is 9.0 - 11.0

• Bathroom Surface Cleaner (mixed) is 1.1 - 2.5

• Glass & Window (mixed) is 6.0 - 8.0

What surfaces can I use Infuse on?

• You can use Infuse on almost every surface in your home, but if you are iffy on a surface they always suggest testing a small portion of the surface before going all-in on it.

• You can find a list of surfaces each formula is compatible with under the "Suggested Uses" section on each product page.
