Can I make a return at InkPlusToner.com?

• All of their products are guaranteed for 90 days. Non-Defective item Return. All unopened and unused product can be returned or exchanged by InkPlusToner.com within the 90-day return period. Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Defective item Return. Any defective product received by InkPlusToner.com within the 90-day return period, is subject of inspection upon receipt and may incur a 30 % restocking fee if they determine the product is not defective. 

• Refund for all canceled orders will be issued within the 14-day period. Name brand cartridges OEM (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark...) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. They do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges and open refill kits.

How can I make a return?

• If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. 

• Please follow this simple 3-step process: Submit your claim to their Support Center. Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address. Print their Return Authorization Form. Then follow the instructions on the form.

• NOTE: Unauthorized returns will not be processed. You have to return the cartridges that you want to be replaced or your money refunded and they must be in unopened, undamaged - original packaging.

• Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches their Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that they have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after they submit the data to them.

Never touch the electronic print head with any abrasive material. Use care when setting your cartridges down and do not place the print head in contact with any surface besides the printer.
