How do I change quantities or cancel my order?

• Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of their site to view orders you have placed. 

• Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. 

• Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

• Please contact customer service by phone or email if you need further assistance.

How do I track my order?

• There are multiple ways that you can track your package. Once the order ships you will get an email with tracking numbers. 

• You can track your order directly at FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number. You can do the same by clicking on the tracking number link on the email.

When will my order ship?

• Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability and processing time of each item. 

• Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. 

• You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

How much is my shipping?

• Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of their site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. 

• If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. I

• f your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact your shipping carrier FedEx or USPS directly to locate your items.

• In rare cases packages may get delayed due to shipping carrier related issues like bad weather or misrouting. 

• As you can imagine, shipping carrier issues are beyond their control. However tehy are more than happy to help you in every possible way.

What is the return policy?

• For kits with no printing only, they will accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as all materials are intact, not damaged and have not been used. 

• They charge a 25% re-stocking fee and do not refund shipping charges, and you must contact them for a return authorization number. 

• For assembled invitation orders, if no design work has been completed there is a $10 cancellation charge. 

• If design work has begun, they will refund 75% of your total. Upon design approval, no refund will be given. Rush orders may not be cancelled.
