Is there something I should note when trying on a Isavela product?

• Avoid storing the product in areas that are subject to strong odors, such as cigarette smoke, or allergens.

• Be sure to completely cover incision sites to avoid blood or body fluid from staining the product.

• Avoid using lotions, perfumes, oils, or deodorants that may stain or scent the Isavela product.

• If just showered, completely dry yourself before trying on garment.

How does compression work for post-surgical healing?

• Compression garments are engineered to provide constant levels of compression during the recovery process. 

• Spandex, shapers, or activewear are not optimal for the healing process, nor is it designed for long term wear. 

• Compression is recommended to accelerate recovery and ensure optimal results.   

What is their return policy?

• Their goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your garment purchase. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item within 15 days of purchase hassle free.

• Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise after 15 days of receipt.

• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Isavela Enterprises does not supply shipping for returns; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Isavela is not responsible for any lost returns.

• All returns require a Return Authorization # issued by Isavela Enterprises for processing. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.

• Isavela guarantees all garments to be free of any defects or flaws prior to use. Due to the effects of covid-19, no garment will qualify for any returns if worn for any length of time.  

• Quality Inspections are performed within 3-5 business days of receiving a returned garment.
