Can I cancel my orders at IWA Wine Accessories?

There are situations you should know:

• If you purchase a stock item from IWA, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped.

• Orders of custom items from IWA are final and cannot be cancelled once customization has begun. Examples of custom items include custom wine racks, KWC Wine Racks and all personalized items.

What gifts can I choose at IWA Wine Accessories?

• Personalized wine glasses, decanters and accessories

• Gifts by type, including personalized gifts, gift boxes, totes and bags, specialty food gifts, and soaps, lotions and candles

• Gifts by recipient, including: For Him, For Her, Corporate wine gifts, Host & Hostess gifts, gifts for Connoisseurs and gifts for Whisky Lovers

• Gifts by occasion, including holiday, wedding, housewarming and birthday

• Gift ideas by price

Can I make a return at IWA Wine Accessories?

Yes, and you should know following information:

• Items shipped via FedEx/USPS (except for nonrefundable items noted below): Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Unless the wrong item was shipped, shipping charges are not refundable. Customers may arrange for return shipping using their preferred shipping method, ideally with tracking and insurance to protect against shipping damage. As a courtesy, they are glad to arrange for return shipping and deduct the shipping cost from the final refund. Please note that outbound shipping charges will be assessed and deducted from returned orders that originally shipped with "free shipping."

• Wine Cabinets, coolers, cooling units, rack kits, furniture and WineKeeper: Same as above, except that returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that sales of some items are final and cannot be returned.

• Custom, food and gas items: Sales of custom items (including items that are stained, lacquered and/or personalized), food items and opened gas products (eg Nitrogen and Argon cylinders) are final and cannot be returned.

• "Sale" Items: Items on sale, designated with a retail price ending in $0.99, cannot be returned.

How long can I get my products?

They try to ship in-stock orders within 2 business days (their ship times may expand during the peak holiday season). Once shipped, transit times via FedEx Home/Ground, USPS and Saver are as follows (also refer to the map below):

• Shipments to the West Coast: approximately 1-2 business days

• Shipments to the Mid West: approximately 3-4 business days

• Shipments to the East Coast: approximately 5 business days

What should I do if I get the damaged products?

• Orders shipped via inside delivery or common carrier: In the event that your order arrives with damage, you must describe the condition of the packaging and the merchandise on the bill of lading.

• Orders shipped via FedEx or USPS: If your order arrives with damage, you must report the damage within seven days of receipt. In most cases, they will request a picture of the outside packaging and the damaged merchandise prior to replacement of the damaged merchandise

• Failure to follow these instructions may result in a denied insurance claim and billings for nonrefundable freight charges.
