What is their refund policy?

• If your order is placed in the United States, all taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the United States, freight, duties, and taxes are not refundable through Jeff Wan. However, you can recover customs duties and taxes by directly contacting the local customs bureau. Since this may not apply to all countries, if you want to apply for a tax refund for returned goods, they suggest that you hire a customs broker. 

• They will not bear any additional banking charges charged by the local bank, nor will they bear any additional freight and handling charges paid when you originally shipped them. If you return their products, these charges will be deducted. ‍

What is their return policy?

• Wan will accept the return of goods from the United States and refund according to the original conditions within 14 days after receiving your order. The returned leather goods must also include the original box and dust bag. Any handbag with signs of wear and tear will not be returned.

• If you want to apply for a return, please send an email [email protected] Your order number is in the subject line. After receiving your request, they will send you the return authorization, domestic shipping label and return instructions by email within 72 hours. Please do not ship back your tax return without this authorization, because it will not be processed. Wan reserves the right to refuse to return goods that do not meet the above requirements. 

• If you want to request the return of orders shipped outside the United States, please send an email to [email protected] Your order number is in the subject line. Please note that the original freight, duties and taxes are non refundable, and any return of international orders will be charged $25. After you fill out the form, they will send you a prepaid return label by email and ask you to stick it on the package for return. All items must be intact, unused and with the original packaging. They cannot exchange or refund items that are scratched, damaged or not in the original packaging.
