I received the wrong wine?

Occasionally, their stock, available quantity, listed price or bottle size may be incorrect. For example, a 750ml size might be erroneously priced as a 375ml bottle. Sometimes items sold on a pre-arrival or futures basis may become unavailable for things beyond their control. When this happens, JJ Buckley Fine Wines will not be harmed by the error. They make every effort to ensure that our product database is accurate, but errors do occur. In any case, the customer will be contacted as soon as a problem is discovered. Once a problem is identified, they will promptly refund any money collected to the customer. Refunds will be the limit of remedies.

What is their return policy?

JJ Buckley Fine Wines guarantees quality products and service, and your satisfaction is always their top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, even if it's not covered by their cancellation and returns policy, contact them so they can try to come up with a mutually agreeable solution. If you request a cancellation within 1 business day of the order date or before shipping, whichever comes first, they are happy to give a full refund. This applies to all orders for in-stock wine, pre-arrival wine and futures. They unconditionally support the authenticity of the wines they sell. Any bottle that turns out to be fake will be 100% refunded.

What is their shipping policy?

Shipping charges for international orders will be quoted via email. All sales to orders outside the U.S. are final at the time of shipment. In the United States, direct shipment of wine is controlled at the state level. Laws vary from state to state and change frequently. Please contact them if you have any questions about shipping to your state. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to receive and sign for alcoholic beverages. Under no circumstances will the carrier leave a package without an adult signature. They ship to commercial and residential addresses via common carriers like FedEx and UPS, as well as local overnight carriers like GSO.
