Do they have the minimum order requirements?

When you reach the quantity of 12, 36 and 72, the price of each shirt will decrease. The prices of some higher cost goods vary between 9, 18 and 36. For any given product, you can combine any combination of colors and sizes, and still meet the conditions of quantity pricing.

Can I make a return at Jones T Shirts?

• They are happy to accept the return within 30 days after your order. Please do not return your package until you fill out the form below and receive their return authorization and further instructions.

• After receiving the return, the warehouse may need several days to a week to handle the refund. The refund will be used to pay project costs and any applicable taxes. The original freight is not refundable.

• Please do not return items that have been cleaned, printed or cannot be resold. These items are not eligible for return.

How long can I get my orders at Jones T Shirts?

• They use UPS ground to deliver goods in 50 states in the United States. They cannot send it to any P.O. Box or apo/fpo address. (PO box can be used for orders to Hawaii and Alaska)

• Orders are usually received within 2-5 working days. (AK and hi are 3-7).

• For overnight delivery, please contact them first, because additional freight will be charged.

• Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern time (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped on the same day.
