My order has been delayed. What should I do?
If your order is delayed and arrives warm: in rare cases, items arrive warm, they must be notified within 6 hours of receipt. They must receive a photo of the juice for warranty purposes. Please note that a small amount of thawing is normal. If the inside is still frozen, the juice is safe to eat. If your order is late but still frozen: Since they can't guarantee shipping time, they can't offer discounts, delivery or refunds if your juice is cold.
What is your cooler return agreement?
Organic cold-pressed juices will be stored in sustainable, reusable coolers without any waste. By making a purchase on this site, he agrees to return the cooler (as well as the ice pack and divider, if applicable) within 5 days of receiving the juice. Find the postage return label in the cooler of the self-sealing label rack. He will take out the instruction card and display the shipping label to JRINK by Puree. If the cooler is not returned, $150 will be charged.
How much is the freight?
Free land shipping for orders to the east coast. Choose faster service and calculate the extra charge at checkout. Return shipping of coolers is always free! They ship Mondays through Wednesdays (unless they opt for overnight shipping because they won't arrive until next week). All orders are customised to order and go into deep freeze. The juice is transported frozen and filled with ice packs in a sustainable cooler, both of which need to be returned. Due to the current shipping delays, all orders received after 9:00 am Tuesday will be made in Production on Wednesday and shipped on Monday.
