My order has been delayed. What should I do?

If your order is delayed and arrives warm: in rare cases, items arrive warm, they must be notified within 6 hours of receipt. They must receive a photo of the juice for warranty purposes. Please note that a small amount of thawing is normal. If the inside is still frozen, the juice is safe to eat. If your order is late but still frozen: Since they can't guarantee shipping time, they can't offer discounts, delivery or refunds if your juice is cold.

What is your cooler return agreement?

Organic cold-pressed juices will be stored in sustainable, reusable coolers without any waste.
