Where is my order?

• Once your order is placed, please note that delays may be incurred for any products under pre-order or with longer fulfillment times. These information are detailed in each product description. 

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

• Cancelling an order is possible only within 30 minutes after an order is made.  They're not able to offer modifications on pending orders at this time as it may cause more delays to shipments. If you need a different item or color, then you'll need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

• Just email [email protected] with your order number and request, and their team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue. 

• Please note that this is subject to receiving your email request during office hours as they do not have a 24/7 customer service available.

Can I make a return or exchange at KES NYC?

KES NYC accept returns within 14 days of shipping date. All items discounted at and over 40% are Final Sale and may not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, original tags must be intact. Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Their products are dispatched through their NYC retail location. All items come on a first come first serve basis. They try their hardest to fulfill all orders in full. For hygienic purposes, face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. 

How do I make an exchange?

• They provide two exchange options: Exchange or store credit

• You will receive an email with your new order number. 

• Any exchanges requested that they do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund. 

• Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and they cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items. 

• Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase.

How can I get my refund?

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. They cannot process your exchange until they receive your original order.For any questions regarding return and exchanges, please e-mail [email protected]. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Should I pay the tax?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

• The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and

• Duties charged for processing by your country.

• Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
