How can I get a quote on one or more items?
Simply add your items to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process without completing the final payment step and all discounts will be automatically applied. Shipping is always free in the continental USA. If you are in an outlying area, please call or email them for a shipping quote. You may print your cart out as use it as your quote. Please call for a quotes on wall to wall carpet orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

• Actual lead time is different depending on the rug or carpet chosen. Every product page has a "LEAD TIME" tab under the description of the product. Please refer to this tab to read about your specific product's time frame.

• You will be notified when your order ships via email. Due to unforeseen circumstances that might arise with the carriers, KidCarpet.com cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  

Can I see a sample before I purchase your product?

• If you are interested in seeing a sample, please contact customer service at 727-474-3982 or toll free 888-308-4884. Samples are particularly recommended if you are basing your purchase decision on color, because all computer monitors display colors differently.

• They no longer charge for samples. They simply ask that you send the samples back (return postage is the customer's responsibility) so that they can reuse them. That way, they will not be thrown into the garbage and end up in a landfill. It also allows them to manufacture less sample material, which allows them to reduce carbon emissions. They request a $10 deposit per sample. That deposit will never be charged to your credit card, as long as you return the samples.

• Depending on what rug or carpet you are interested in, they may have actual samples of the design. However, for most of their printed line of rugs and carpet, They have one 12" x 18" sample that represents the entire line. In other words, this sample will be a representation of the colors, quality, texture, backing and weight, but not the actual printed design.
