Sign in to your trip. Have you found out about something affecting your trip? Sign in to your account to let them know.
They’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
If their Guarantee applies, they’ll offer a refund or assist you on your journey and find alternative transportation to your destination.
Can I change passanger?
It’s usually possible to make corrections to the traveler’s name, but the exact conditions depend on the specific carrier. Some carriers only allow small corrections and ask a full price of the ticket (or more) if you want to completely change the name.
If you're likely to make changes, check each carrier’s conditions before you make a booking.
You can also choose a higher level of their service packages to avoid processing fees.
