How long will my hair last?
Klaiyi hair products can last up to a year or more with proper maintenance. Because their hair is 100% pure human hair, it does respond to the way you care for it. With constant styling and handling, all hair is prone to shedding and tangling; therefore, they recommend not cutting or sewing weft and sealing weft before sewing into the installation. With Klaiyi Hair, there is no need for hair oils or gels. A simple co-wash regimen is all you need. If you experience severe product build-up, you can treat your hair with a clarifying shampoo followed by a deep conditioning treatment with a moisture-rich conditioner.
I made my purchase at 3pm on Saturday night! When do they plan to process my order?
They will process your order within 2 - 4 business days, usually sooner. This does not include weekends, holidays or during sales or special events. Please note that their normal office hours are 10am-4pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The first email you will receive is an order confirmation. The second email you will receive will be a confirmation of your shipment. Both emails will be sent to the email address you provided when creating your order.
