Most of their rental books are in used condition, so they cannot guarantee that supplementary material will be included with your rental. This may include CDs, access codes, access cards, flash cards, study guides, etc. If your rental includes supplemental materials, they can't guarantee that they haven't been used. If the rental you receive does not have these supplemental materials, it can usually be purchased separately from the publisher.

To refund your Knetbooks.com lease on the due date. NOTE: You agree that it is your responsibility to remember the rent return date and return the rent to them within the specified time frame. • Log in to your Knetbooks.com account.

• Next, select the Free Shipping box associated with your rental.

• Click the "Print Label and Complete Return" button to generate and print your packing slip and prepaid shipping label.

• Put the packing slip inside the box and put the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the box.

• Take the package to a UPS store for shipping back to their warehouse by the expiration date. They don't recommend using UPS drop boxes as these may not be picked up on a regular basis.
