Can I wear the carrier during winter?

Absolutely, the the carrier can be used during any season, and the front storage pocket can be zipped down in cooler weather. Or when the weather is warmer, you can roll-up the pocket to expose a mesh panel for more better airflow.

What does the baby gear warranty cover?

Defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase

What is not covered by the baby gear warranty?

• Issues caused by improper assembly, misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to your products' instruction booklet for proper product use and maintenance.

• Damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by a third party.

• Damage to your product caused by corrosion, mold, sweat, detergents, sunscreens, damp storage or frequent washing.

• A product purchased from an unauthorized retailer. A product purchased used or second-hand. A product damaged as the result of an accident, or airline or freight handling. Please note that while the warranty may not be honored, in some cases, replacement parts can be purchased to repair your product.

What's the taxes?

Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges of the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. For information on charges in your local area, please contact your local customs office.

Can I get free shipping at Kolcraft?

• Products from Kolcraft, Contours Baby, Sealy Baby, and Tempur-Pedic Baby may be combined in a single order to be eligible. All orders under $49, will ship for a flat rate of $4.99 for standard ground shipping.

• For orders outside of the US, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Due to federal regulations, not all items are eligible for sale to countries outside of the US. Please call customer service with questions.

• All replacement part orders ship FREE to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping costs for areas outside of the US will be calculated at checkout.

• NOTE that orders are fulfilled Mon-Fri during their normal business hours.

Can I make a return at Kolcraft?

• They do not accept returns from 3rd party vendors or their retail partners. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• To initiate your return, please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-453-7673 during regular office hours. All returned items must be shipped pre-paid. Please note that shipping large items for returns can be costly due to size of the box. Please use a package delivery service able to track and insure your return items.

What will Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc. do?

• Kolcraft will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product. If you have a problem with or are not satisfied with your product, please contact the Customer Service Department at Kolcraft. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. 

• Kolcraft shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, except to the extent this exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
