Do they offer warranty?
Kunitz Shoes guarantees all products against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the purchase date.
They do not guarantee their products against wear-and-tear.
A “manufacturing defect” is defined as a failure in either materials or craftsmanship that may result in a product not performing in its intended capacity.
If a product has suffered a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, they will either repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product as best suits the case.
If you have a product that you would like to return/exchange under warranty, please contact [email protected] and provide your name, order number, a description of the defect, and (if able) some pictures of the defective area. This will help them best assess whether they can repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product.

To submit a repair request, please follow these instructions and they will have your repaired boots/shoes/bags fixed up and good as new in no time!
Due to increased demand, they currently estimate a 3 week turnaround on most repairs, though they strive to have them completed in less time if possible.
Do they have in store pickup service?
For In Store Pickup, they would be happy to help you in-store with your order.
Alternatively please call when you arrive for pickup, and one of their staff will be happy to meet you in front of their store with your order.
Please have your ID and the card used for the purchase ready for verification when picking up your order.
Free in store pickup, try-on, exchange, and return service is available at either their West Edmonton or South Edmonton locations.
