How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Can I exchange my items?

They allow the exchange of purchased items for the same item in different sizes and colors. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. They allow one exchange per order. They only offer a one time exchange within their 30-day return and exchange policy. To clarify, they do not exchange or refund goods that have already been exchanged.

What can I learn about the meatrials?

The materials appearing on LANE EIGHT’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LANE EIGHT does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.

What can I learn about the products?

• The Trainer AD 1 generally fits true to size. They’re designed for a close, supportive fit and may feel a bit snug at first, but will quickly break-in and become your new favorite shoes. However, if you have a wide foot they recommend going up a half size. 

• The HIIT Trainer fits true to size. They’re designed to offer more adjustment for a better fit on even more foot shapes. If you are still unsure of which size to go for, check out their comprehensive size guide. 

• Their shoes are unisex and therefore offer the same fit for women and men. If you do not see your women’s size available, you can simply convert your size to the equivalent men’s size. 

• There is one full US size difference between women’s and men’s sizes. For example, if you are a women’s US 10, the equivalent men’s size is US 9.

What is the status of my order?

• They will send you a shipping notification via email once your shoes are on the way. If you are having any trouble tracking your order, contact them at [email protected]. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. 

• If you place an order on the weekend, it will be fulfilled the following business day.

What is the return policy?

• They offer 30-day free returns and exchanges from date of purchase for all unworn footwear. They will not accept footwear that has visibly been worn or damaged, unless received as such through the fault of LANE EIGHT. 

• All orders placed during their Black Friday or Cyber Monday are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a different size of the same color. All shoes marked Final Sale are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
