What if you don't like the mattress?

If you tell them within 7 days, they will replace it with a slightly harder or softer mattress for free, or you can try another type of mattress, or you can get a full refund on what you lost. Mattress replacements are also available if you visit their showroom, but since you tried the bed, the mattress on the bed will not be returned. (Not including special order beds) For purchase only mattresses can be replaced, but there is no refund.

How soon can they deliver?

Delivery time is generally 10 to 14 working days (maximum 21 working days in Scotland). For those who have a family member discharged from hospital or you are just in a hurry, they can deliver within 3 to 5 working days, which requires an additional £145 or £295 bed transfer fee as they have to reorganise the delivery and/or make a special trip for that particular delivery. Scotland does not offer "fast delivery" due to geographical limitations and limited delivery range. In addition, for the same reason, delivery fees may be charged in cases where delivery to remote areas is required.

Do i have to pay VAT?

No if you have a chronic illness (i.e. an ongoing illness that is unlikely to get better in the near future).
