What should I notice if I want to return an item?
Your items must be returned to them within 60 days of their purchase, in their original packaging. Items which are damaged, used or have not been packaged theyll may not be refunded.
So please repack your items with care, well enough for transit, using all the original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach their warehouse.
If an item is damaged in transit they shall contact you and unfortunately will not be able to refund that item. Returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods, so please bear with them.
They shall refund any money owed to you via the same method you used for payment.
What is the shipping policy?
They endeavor to use a reliable and efficient delivery service and as such, the logistics company they work with will use a considered selection of couriers. The courier selected for each delivery will depend on size, weight and number of parcels and the delivery time you have selected.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the service you select and are subject to change depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Should there be a change, their customer services department will contact you prior to delivery to confirm you would still like to proceed with your purchase.
Before you submit your order please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address details as any errors could result in additional delivery charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
Returns, They hope that you are delighted with the goods you have purchased from Layered Lounge Ltd., however, in the event of any disappoint, you have 14 days in which to return an item.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to them, unless you have received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.
Please obtain a proof of purchase when you do so. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with the returns slip completed and included in the package.
Please ensure you repack the goods carefully as they cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged on their way back to them.
