What is their warranty policy like?

LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that if LeapPad Ultimate, LeapFrog Epic or LeapFrog Epic Academy tablet hardware purchased on or after May 17, 2017 ceases to function as specified by LeapFrog for two years from the original purchase date, then LeapFrog will replace the tablet hardware as specified below. You may only replace each product once during the warranty period. If LeapFrog replaces your product under this warranty, the replacement will be covered by their regular limited hardware warranty and liability agreement for the remainder of the warranty period, or thirty days from the warranty period if the warranty period has expired The date it was returned to you.

Do I need to purchase expansion packs for each individually?

No. Each expansion pack purchased entitles you to install content on up to five different devices. Once content is activated on the first device, when you connect it to LeapFrog Connect, it will automatically install on the second device.

My LeapStart is not recognized by my computer, what should I do?

If your computer does not recognize the LeapStart when connected to your computer, please see the suggestions below to successfully connect your device.

• Install new alkaline batteries in the LeapStart or LeapStart 3D.

• Please use the provided USB cable. If the USB cable that came with the LeapStart isn't available, make sure you're using a high-quality alternative.

• Try plugging the LeapStart into another available USB port on your computer.

• Restart your computer and try to reconnect your device.
