What is Return policy of Leesa?

• Mattress Return Policy. Only your first Leesa mattress purchase (one mattress per household or shipping/billing address) includes the 100-night trial and free return. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return.
• Bases, Bedding, & Cushions Return Policy. If you choose to return your pillows, mattress protector, base or another Leesa accessory, you can return it free of charge within 30 calendar days of delivery. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.

Does Leesa provide a warranty?
Yes.

• 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Matress Warraty：Your new Leesa mattress is covered by a 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, they will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect, and there’s no deductible.
• Three Year Limited Foundation Warranty: This Leesa Foundation is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty (the “Foundation Warranty”), which begins on the date of purchase, and is made available to foundations manufactured by Leesa Sleep, LLC (“Leesa”) and that are purchased directly from Leesa or Leesa’s authorized retailers (a “Foundation”).
• One Year Limited Pillow Warranty: This Leesa Pillow is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (the “Pillow Warranty”), which begins on the date of purchase, and is made available to pillows manufactured by Leesa Sleep, LLC (“Leesa”) and that are purchased directly from Leesa or Leesa’s authorized retailers (a “Pillow”).

How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please call their customer service team at 1-844-33-LEESA or email [email protected]. Once your return is validated, their team will help facilitate the return process. In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 100-day trial period for a mattress or the 30-day trial period for any accessory or furniture item. (Alaska & Hawaii Customers: There is a $100 fee for mattress returns.)

Will my new mattress have a smell?
Like all newly manufactured items, your new mattress may have a slight smell right after you unwrap it. However, the smell should go away pretty quickly (anywhere from a few hours to a few days). Don't worry! The smell is not associated with any harmful chemicals or off-gassing since all of their foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. For the first few days, or until the smell goes away, let your mattress breathe as much as possible.

What is white glove delivery?
Add white-glove delivery to your order at checkout (which can include mattress removal). With white glove delivery, you'll be able to add the removal of your old mattress and box spring and get a professional assembly of your new Leesa products.
