What is the shipping policy?
There are three types of shipping. The first one is standard delivery, if your order is over $75, you will enjoy free shipping, but if the order is $0.00-$24.99, you need to pay $6.95 for shipping; if the order is $25.00-$49.99, you need to pay $9.95 for shipping; if the order is $50.00-$74.9, you need to pay $10.95 for shipping. If you want to receive your package quickly, you can choose 2nd day or Next day delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. For personalization, please allow 5 to 7 business days for customization, plus additional time for shipping. If you have any non-personalized items in your order, they will ship prior to your personalized items.
Do they ship internationally?
No, they don't. Currently, they are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. They do not ship internationally or to Canada.
How to return an item?
If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify them right away and include a photo and they will arrange for a prompt replacement.
