How do they calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the product weight and delivery address. International Orders are automatically charged an $85 shipping fee, this fee is temporary, and they will contact you to confirm the correct shipping charges prior to shipping.
What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?
The order of initials is always first/middle/last. Initials are always monogrammed using same-size format. For example, Elizabeth Mary Brown would be EMB.
Full name can be up to 16 characters and can include the following symbols only: Periods (.), Commas (,), Ampersands (&), Quotation marks (") and Dashes (-)
Please note: Their system does not accept accents, i.e. (Andréa) on any type of personalized item.
Can I return a monogrammed item?
Unfortunately, they do not offer returns on personalized products. Verify your monogram or personalization is correct before purchasing.
I don't see an option for customization/personal , is it available?
They offer monogramming on many products however, not all products are available for customization.
If customization is available, the option to customize will be available on the product page. Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.
What are credit cards changed for an order?
Upon submission of your order, an authorization is placed on your payment method for your total order. This authorization will automatically drop within 3 - 5 business days or depending on your financial institution.
