What is their return policy?

They have partnered with Happy Returns to provide safe, contactless and sustainable returns and exchanges. Happy Returns makes returns and exchanges easy with more than 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide. US customers can return unworn shoes within 45 days for a refund or exchange for a different size/color. There is no additional shipping fee for exchanges. The same item or items of different colors within the same product group can be exchanged for the same or lower price. Items with lower prices will not receive a refund for the difference. If a promo code was used on the original item purchased, it will be redeemed on the exchanged item. They cannot process exchanges for other styles. They recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for the item you want. The final sale item is not eligible for return or exchange.

When will my shoes be shipped?
