What is Return policy of Lillyskloset?
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. If they find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell they reserve the right to not accept your return. You have 21 days from the date your order ships to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Lilly’s Kloset gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
- International orders have a return window of 30 days from the date your order ships. And customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
