Can I make a return at Live Comfortably?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, call customer service at 1-866-355-2498 or email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to request a UPS return label. They will deduct the shipping discount of $12.99. (Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible.)
All products must be returned in their original packaging and mailed to the address provided within 30 days of receipt - Returns will not be accepted unless mailed in accordance with the above policy. If your package is lost on return and cannot be traced, they cannot replace or refund it for you.
