How long does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery period depends on the service and country selected.
They also provide express shipping, which takes 2 - 3 working days, to US customers.
However, they are continually upgrading their system to make express shipping available worldwide.
Please note, however, the economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement unless otherwise stated.
How to track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out.
Once your order is shipped, they will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Do I need to pay for internatioal taxes and duties?
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs.
They will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for their items.
However, if you do get taxed in unpredicted situation, they are unable to pay for the tax.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Lookbook Store is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.

Lookbook Store ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna . They also ship to Post Office Boxes through economy shipping.

Free shipping is available for economy delivery service. For standard and express delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight. The shipping cost are calculated automatically on the checkout page.
How do I return an item?
Contact their Customer Care for any return.
They will send you a return address and RETURNS FORM.
Please put the RETURNS FORM with your return package.
Send them a copy of receipt or any proof of return shipment with tracking number. As soon as both information is received, they will provide you with an appropriate solution.
They will notify you as soon as they receive your return package. It normally takes 20-30 days for them to receive your package. They will contact you immediately upon receipt of your return package.
