What is their shipping policy?

• Free standard transportation is provided in the neighboring United States (all States except Alaska and Hawaii). They will ship your products as quickly as possible, but there may be delays beyond their control. You agree and acknowledge that they have no control over the transportation suppliers such as FedEx and UPS. 

• Once the lost or damaged products are handed over to the transportation company, they will not bear any responsibility. You are responsible for submitting claims directly to the transportation company for lost or damaged products. Freight is non refundable.

What terms of payment do they accept?

• The prices listed on the website do not include your local state sales tax. When you check out, they will calculate your local sales tax before you complete the purchase.

• They only accept third-party credit cards as the payment method for your products. They accept visa, MasterCard, discover and American Express. They may obtain the prior approval of the issuer, and the amount does not exceed the purchase amount. If you cancel the transaction before the transaction is completed, this pre approval may cause your funds to be unavailable immediately. If you pay with a debit card and your payment results in your bank overdraft or other expenses, you are solely responsible for the expenses.

What is their return policy?

• Mattress: you have three hundred and sixty-five (365) nights to return your resting mattress after delivery. After returning within the 365 night trial period, you will receive a full refund of the applicable amount of the lull mattress that you returned, less freight and management fees ("processing fees"). The processing fee is estimated to be 10% of the retail price of the mattress, but may vary depending on the current market price and geographical location. In their sole judgment, mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for return. 

• Lull will work with you to find a local donation center so that t can avoid throwing away a very good mattress. If the donation facility is not within a reasonable distance, your refund will be processed when their donation partner receives confirmation or provides appropriate evidence about the mattress disposal.

• You must submit all necessary information and documents required by their customer support team to complete the return within 30 days of your request for return and refund. If you do not, you must resubmit the refund request. Mattresses that are not opened within 90 days after delivery are deemed to be misused and are not eligible for warranty claim and return.
