What payment methods do they accept?

• Bank wire transfers, all forms of credit cards, confirmed financing, cashier's orders from US banks, US personnel checks (Personal checks may be delayed 7-10 days prior to shipment.

When will the item be shipped?

Madison Avenue fashions are usually shipped 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. In the United States, it's shipped by fedex. Hermes Birkin, Kelly and Constance bags ship overnight. In America, transportation and insurance are free. If shipped to a P.O. box, they will use USPS.

Do they ship globally?

They ship to all countries covered by their cargo insurance, which includes most countries in Asia, Europe and the Gulf region, as well as Australia, New Zealand and Canada. They ship through DHL and fedex for a flat rate of $175. They cannot be shipped to several countries/regions including mainland China, Russia, Mexico and Brazil. Can the purchase be financed or paid in installments?
