What are the domestic shipping methods?

• When placing an order on their shopping cart you will be provided several shipping options.

• Once your order is placed they will make every effort to ship on the same day.

• Typical cut-off time for same day shipping for FedEx and UPS is 2:00 PM CST.

• USPS picks up at Madisound in the late morning. Depending on when your order is placed, USPS orders are either shipped the same day or are picked up the following morning.

• Rarely the actual shipping cost for your order is higher than what was shown during checkout. When this occurs they will contact you before shipping and revisit your shipping options.

• Sometimes they will not have stock on items that appear in-stock online. They will contact you by email or phone to go over your options prior to shipping any part of that order.

Can I enjoy free shipping at Madisound Speaker Store?

• Absolutely. They offer free shipping on all US orders over $120.

• But wholesale accounts are not eligible for this free shipping offer.

• Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. They will attempt to fit your order into a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope or flat rate box. 

• If your order does not fit into USPS flat rate packaging, you are not eligible for Free Shipping.

What is the return policy?

• Within 45 days of purchase, Madisound will refund either your original payment method or issue a store credit at the customer's discretion. There must be no evidence of mounting, soldering, or testing.

• Inside the box, include your contact information and instructions on what you would like us to do. Package your return carefully.

• If you selected Free Shipping for the order that you are returning, then the actual cost of shipping from Madisound (that you did not have to pay) will be deducted from the credit that you receive for your return.

• Crossovers and special orders cannot be returned.

What to do for the defective item?

• Return defective driver(s) to them with a complete explanation of the problem. Please include your contact information with a daytime phone number and email address to reach you for additional information. 

• Feel free to email or call them first if you are having a problem, often a suspected defective driver is not the issue. 

• They handle most warranty claims directly and will inspect and test the driver for the cause of the defect.

• Should the driver have a manufacturer's defect, they will ship you a new replacement unit at no charge. 

• Damage caused by user/equipment error or abuse do not qualify for warranty replacement. In this case, you will not be sent a replacement unit or issued a refund. Many of the tweeters they carry have repair parts available.
