When will I receive my order?
For your convenience, you may ship your order to the address of your choice in the countries they deliver to.
Please ensure that you enter your address in full as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate the prompt delivery of your order.
Custom-made orders are available via standard shipping and may take 27-30 business days or express shipping 17-21 days.
Can I make a change to my shipping address after placing the order?
You can change your shipping address before their distribution center processes your order. This usually happens within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If your order status is still marked "Processed", please contact Magnolia Customer Service immediately to change your order.
Once the order is processed, it can no longer be modified.
Please note that you will be able to return any items you do not need after their delivery.
What if my order delivered was an incomplete one?
They try their best to ship your order at once, but during the extremely busy period, such as holidays, due to the exclusivity of magnolia series products, the demand may exceed the existing inventory, and they may not be able to meet all your orders.
If this is the case, they will notify you by email as soon as possible of any possible delays and late orders.
If you don't see all the items ordered in the shipping confirmation email, don't worry, your order was delivered in multiple packages.
What are the conditions for returns?
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection, they will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items (exchange for a different size for the same model only) within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, studs earrings are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Custom made, personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How to start a return?
Fill in the return form included in your package detailing which item(s) you are returning, the quantity, and the reason for your return. Place this in the package with the items being returned.
