What is the return policy?

• You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. 

• All merchandise must be unused, show no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt of purchase. 

• A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 

• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly by Blackbird Products Group. After 30 days, a store credit for the price will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

What does warranty cover?

• Normal wear and tear is not warrantied. This warranty is void if the product is used improperly, structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. 

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, repairs by unauthorized persons, water damage, dragging/dropping damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions are not covered. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product, proof of original purchase required for warranty claim. 

• The warranty is not transferable. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

How can I get the refunds?

• No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.
