How soon can I receive my goods?

They use a trackable delivery service that, in most cases, requires a signature on delivery. To keep your order safe, they will only deliver to your delivery address, orders over £100 require a signature. All items are couriered and all items that are immediately available and ordered before 9pm (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered the next day. Whether this option is available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Currently they do not ship internationally. They deliver 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays.

Where is my package?

If you provide your mobile number at checkout, you will receive SMS updates when your order arrives. After receiving your order from their distribution center, their courier will email you with your tracking number. You can use the link in the email or download the Courier app to track your order. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your package directly.

How do returns and refunds work?

The cost of any non-standard shipping will not be refunded and you will have to pay to return the item to them. They are also happy to replace your item within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you change your mind about a purchase made through their website or phone or through an in-store device or through their PayByLink, you have the right to cancel the purchase at any time within 14 days after the item has been delivered to you. If the item is unused, returned to them in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase, they will refund the full purchase price plus any shipping charges at standard rates.
