What is their shipping policy?

• All orders are shipped free of charge through standard ground services anywhere in the continental United States. Orders are shipped through ups.

• 1-5 working days, excluding 1-3 days of processing time. If you want to deliver the package on Saturday, please contact their customer service team at (877) 659-2858 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. pacific standard time Monday to Friday.

• Urgent handling requires extra charge. Inventory orders issued before 1 p.m. EST (10 a.m. PST) from Monday to Friday will leave our warehouse on the same day.
