What is Moda Operandi Return Policy? 

• Moda Operandi offers complimentary return shipping for items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy, and without prejudice to your rights under applicable law.

• Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 28 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

• Markdowns: Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

• Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.

• Pre-orders placed across multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of the cards being removed from the site, cards expiring, or updated card information.

What is Moda Operandi Cancellation Policy?

They are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments.

What is Moda Operandi Shipping Policy?

• All orders shipping to a US address will be shipped via FedEx. You may select standard shipping for $10, second day for $20, or overnight shipping for $25 at checkout.

• Please note first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. They are also unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses.

• They ship all international orders via DHL International and are currently unable to ship to Russia.

How can I Earning my Points?

• The Moda Rewards Program gives Rewards members one point per $1 spent, excluding fees associated with shipping, taxes, duties, and gift wrapping. Your account must be in good standing to receive, and use, points.

• For every 1,000 points earned, a $20 reward will be added to your account, which you may apply to your next purchase. The same rule applies to other currencies (with the exception of HKD and CNY). For example, each pound spent in the UK earns 1 point, and 1000 points earned is equivalent to a 20£ reward.

• Customers shopping in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) and CNY (Chinese Yuan) will automatically earn 5,000 points for enrolling in the Rewards program. Additionally, clients will earn a 200 HKD or CNY for every 10,000 spent. 

How does Moda Operandi Affirm Work?

• Step 1 : After adding items to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout, enter a US shipping address, choose your shipping and packaging options and click "Continue".

• Step 2 : Choose "Affirm" as your payment method, review your order and click "Place Your Order" to launch the Affirm pop-up experience.

• Step 3 : Complete the Affirm application with your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

• Once you're approved and checkout is complete, Moda Operandi will process and ship your order within thier standard processing times.
