What is their return policy?

• If you change your mind at the time of purchase, your goods are eligible to be returned within 14 days after delivery, unless your goods are purchased for final sale. Please note that the returned products must be postmarked within 14 days after delivery. If your order is more than 14 days after delivery, we regret that we cannot provide you with a refund or replacement. Please send all return requests to [email protected] With your order number, SKU and return reason.

• Items must be unused and in their original state. It must be returned in the original package when received. They are happy to provide you with the return label, and the amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you want to set up the shipment by yourself, they do ask you to provide them  with the carrier and tracking number information of your shipment. 

• Once their warehouse receives your return and checks it, they will notify you by email that they have received your goods. According to your request, your refund will be processed as a store credit card or applied to your original payment method. Please reflect the refund amount in your account within 3-5 working days.

How much freight do I need?

All products in the modtempo series are eligible for free delivery. If you need to process the goods extra during the delivery process, and may charge extra fees, you will be notified before processing the order. They also provide free "white gloves" service / handling for selected products. You can see which products meet this condition on the product page.

What is their shipping policy?

• Their modtempo team will ensure the fastest and most seamless delivery of your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation notice when your order leaves the warehouse. 

• A tracking number will be included in the email to ensure that the order is completed on schedule. Please note that modtempo only ships to 48 neighboring states in the United States and Canada. Depending on your distance from the warehouse, the size of the package will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
