What is their shipping policy?

• Orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day.

• For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day (M-F). They do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.

• Please note: They do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, their carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

What should I know before returning a product?

• Once the refund has been issued it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund is issued.

• Original delivery fees are refunded only if incorrect orders on the companies behalf.

• You are not responsible for shipping the products back to Us. They'll provide a free return shipping label.

How to return a product?

• Carefully package the watch in a secure shipping box to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your order receipt.

• Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at a local UPS Shipping Center.
