Can I change my order?

Please double check that your order is accurate. When you click the "Place Order" button, your order is processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.

What is their shipping policy?

They ship free to the contiguous 48 states, and you only pay a $5 processing fee per order. Sorry, they are not set up to ship to FPO/APO addresses. Your item will typically ship via the USPS, SpeeDee Shipping Service, or UPS Ground within 1-4 business days, depending on the order size and your location. Oversized and/or overweight shipments may require delivery to a verified business address.

How is the shipping cost?

Due to their remote location, overnight or 2-day air is rarely a viable option. Incorrectly addressed or undeliverable packages will be reshipped by another method at your expense and will include actual shipping and a $5 handling fee. Address corrections will be charged an additional $25.00 via UPS and an additional $20.00 via SpeeDee, based on USPS actual charges. Packages undeliverable via UPS will be charged the actual return shipping fee. Orders outside the continental 48 states may incur additional shipping costs, depending on your order size.

How do returns and refunds work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please politely contact them immediately via email to arrange a return. They will gladly exchange it for another item (you pay the $5 handling fee/case plus all actual shipping), or they will credit your account with the original purchase price (minus the $5 handling/case fee) fee and actual shipping and 25% restocking fee). Returned items must be received within 10 days of receipt in their original unused condition, packaged/labeled and postmarked. They will not refund for any reason until the item is returned to them at your expense - no exceptions. Sorry, returns/refunds are not available for custom or sale/clearance items.
