How do I track my package?

How do I thaw my steaks?
They recommend placing your frozen meat sealed in its packaging in the refrigerator for 2 days to let it slowly thaw. Then remove package from the refrigerator, remove packaging, and allow your meat to get to room temperature on the counter for a couple hours before cooking.
What’s wet aging?
Wet aging is a technique where cuts of beef are vacuum-sealed and allowed to rest in temperature controlled refrigeration for a minimum of 28 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the beef and allow deeper flavors to develop.

Mr. Steak offers various subscription options to its customers for the recurring delivery of their products, in addition to add-on items or one-time products for sale. Their Product offerings and available Subscription plans are described on their website at the time of purchase, and are subject to change at any time prior to purchase. When you purchase a subscription you acknowledge and consent that they can charge you on a four, six or eight week basis depending on your selected plan. They will continue to charge your card on file and ship boxes to the address you provided as long as the subscription is active.
