How long daes it take to deliver my order?
Ground transportation of frozen food via FedEx requires special handling.
they ship goods from the freezing distribution center from Monday to Wednesday.
Traffic time depends on your location. Please allow up to two working days for order processing.
A majority of orders will arrive on FedEx ground within 2-5 business days once processed.
How did I get my food?
Balance orders shipped to insulated coolers and packaged with dry ice to keep your food frozen to your home.
Because environmental sustainability is important to them, all orders are shipped in cartons made of 100% recycled paper, using vegetable ink.
However, their commitment to sustainable shipping practices does not stop there. Each cooler they use is made of no less than 60% recycled foam.
Do I have to stay at home to accept my order?
You don't have to stay home or sign for it. As long as FedEx believes your package is safe for delivery, they don't need to sign.
Since FedEx is responsible for ensuring that your package is delivered safely, it is up to the FedEx driver to sign or leave your package in the management office of your building.
Can I make my order automatically delivered weekly?
Their Concierge team is happy to help you build a circular order of your favorite balanced meals through MD drinks and any schedule that works best for you.
Their parent program bistroMD provides this complete flexibility if you wish to repeat a weekly order and choose a different meal.
