How do they ship my package?

They are currently unable to offer free or flat rate shipping on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Their standard shipping and handling charges include processing your order, handling and packaging your purchases, and delivering them to you. Certain heavier or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be noted on the product detail page when applicable.

What is their return policy?

They want you to like what you ordered. But if you don't - maybe it's not what you expect, or it's not your style - they'll offer you a quick refund. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of their products, please return it within 90 days for a refund. If your item is defective, you can return it within one year from the date of purchase. Items must contain all original product packaging, labels and accessories or a 10% restocking fee may apply.

How do I return it?

If you return your item due to damage, defect or their mistake, you will not be charged return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 8 business days of receipt of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that personalised items, food and live plants are non-refundable.

How to enjoy free shipping?

For orders under $50, upgrade to 3-day express for $12.95 per shipping address. For orders over $50, express 3-day shipping will be equal to 20% of your order total. They ship most orders via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service. Once your order leaves their warehouse, they will provide a shipping tracking number via email. Their standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of the item shipped to each delivery address within the 48 US states.
