How does return work?

MyFonts will only issue refunds if the font is defective and the problem is reported to [email protected] within 21 days of purchase.

What payment methods are supported?

All payments are due after the order is completed. They accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. They also accept Paypal as a payment method.

What is pay once?

You can get a monthly view allowance for web fonts. This license does not need to be renewed as long as the allotted pageviews are not exceeded. For example, if you purchased a license that covers 10,000 monthly pageviews, you can continue to use your license as long as your monthly pageviews do not exceed 10,000. If your site starts getting more traffic, just repurchase for the extra monthly pageviews you need, as one-time webfont purchases are cumulative.

What is Pay-As-You-Go?

You will get the total number of prepaid pageviews that you can use over time. This means that you'll pay up front for a certain number of page views, and then after your site has been viewed that number of times, you'll have to come back and buy more. Views are valid for 4 years.

Can I create custom fonts with MyFonts?

No, MyFonts does not create custom fonts. Contact listed foundries directly and ask about their design services. Their contact information should be under the blue "More Information:" link on their foundry page, or in their desktop EULA.

How should I quote?

For an official quote, add the package to the cart and view the cart page. On the cart page, update the quantity for each package. After configuring your cart with the content you want to quote, select the "Get Official Quote" link at the bottom of the cart page. Quotes are locked for 30 days from the date of the quote.
