When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. They will do their best to fulfill your order the same day as long as it reaches the cut-off time of 2 PM PST. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by MyPleasure, or their Distributors. Delivery is based on the shipping method you have chosen. Tracking will be provided to check your delivery date.
Does Mypleasure.com ship discreetly?
Yes, all orders are shipped in a plain envelope or box with only a return address and no company name.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for orders $69 and up (before tax and after the coupon code is applied) otherwise the shipping starts at a low $4.95. If you need your order faster, you will be provided with other options you can choose from. The cost of faster shipping will be determined based on shipping method chosen.
How do Mypleasure.com ship?
USPS is their preferred shipping method. Once the order is processed an email notification will be sent to you. Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get items quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the order is processed and shipped they can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to them by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping. A new order must be created if you still want the order.
What is Mypleasure.com return policy?
Because of the nature of the items they sell, they are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health & safety of their customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave their warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. You may find out more about their returns under their return policy.
What if an item is defective?
In the event you received a defective item, please contact them within 72 hours of receipt. If possible include a photo or video of the defect a description and they'll take care of the rest. You may also contact the manufacture if it's out side out their returns policy period.
Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If they have additional stock of the exact same product, they will send you a replacement. If they do not have additional stock of the item you ordered they will issue you a refund.
