How long do you take to deliver my order?
Orders are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm, or next day if ordered after 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Monday to Saturday, between 9am - 5pm.
Service available to UK Mainland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
Do they offer international delivery?
All international orders are now delivered with all customs duties and fees paid. There should be no extra fees to pay when the item is delivered to you.
Please make sure there are no restrictions on importing their products into your country. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
If you are shipping to a EU business address, please contact them before ordering to provide them with your EORI number. Failure to provide this may result in your parcel being returned.

The requirements of returning my orders?
Goods must be returned to New English Teas in their original packaging, unopened and ready for re-sale together with a copy of the invoice, showing the customers full name, address and telephone number.
They are unable to accept returns which have been opened, used, altered, damaged or have missing labels/packaging.
Goods must be returned securely packaged, with padded protection and sent by recorded delivery. Return carriage costs are the customers responsibility.
In the unlikely event a customer receives an item that was not ordered, does not appear on the invoice and is clearly a picking error, New English Teas will exchange the item at no extra cost. The goods must be received and checked into their warehouse before a replacement item can be sent.
What if I received a damaged item?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with them via their Live Chat or fill out the contact.
Please include photos of the damaged item and an order number so they can help you as quickly as possible.
Do not dispose of the damaged item before they have investigated the issue fully.
