What is the shipping policy?

The delivery time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.). What is the return policy?

• They accept return requests for most items within 7 days after you signed the parcel. If you want to return the items, you need to contact your Customer Manager, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.Then, the customer manager will send the return address to you after agrees to return the items. Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days after they receive your package. They'll issue the refund to your Credit if you don't inform them to refund to your payment account in advance. 

• Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. They do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
