What is their refund policy?

• They have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.

• To qualify for return, your item must be in the same state as the item you received and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is their transportation policy?

• For us deliveries, the recipient must be 21 years old and present.

• All orders will be processed at 10am Pacific time. Ordering before 10am Pacific time will ensure that your order is processed on the same day. Orders placed after 10am Pacific time will be processed at 10am the next day.

• Do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
