How do returns and refunds work?

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for return or exchange until January 31st, 2022. Otherwise, you can return or exchange the item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Must have complete proof of purchase, packaging and hang tags, and include all items. Please note that the reason for your return will not affect the acceptance of your return. All returns are subject to shipping and handling charges.

To protect against accidental damage, they offer two- and three-year extended coverage plans, available within 30 days of purchase. If one of their clients has a problem, they are here to help! Their lifetime warranty ensures that all materials and workmanship will stand up to normal wear and tear. The Extended Protection Plan covers all accidents that may occur while you travel the world with NOMATIC products. For example, if you trip on a national highway and end up breaking a zipper in the process, the Extended Protection Plan can cover you. Or if you're more of a stay-at-home person and you accidentally spill your morning coffee on the inside of the bag, that's covered too.

Where do they start shipping and how soon?

They have warehouses in the US and Canada. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, they cannot guarantee that the order will be shipped from a certain warehouse, as their team will do their best to get the order out as quickly as possible, and stock may be limited in a particular warehouse.
